This week’s episode will look at the Roaming Man G3 Hotspot (www.roamingman.com) and how your Apple devices make airline travel easier during the summer travel season.  Travel applications recommended for itinerary input are TripIt and Kayak.  For seat preference, the Seat Alerts application is a quick way to get notified if a better seat becomes available.  Gate Guru will help you navigate around the airports with detailed maps.  Lastly, those on the ground can track your flight using Flightboard, Flight Tracker and Plane Finder.  All can be found in App Store.  Have an enjoyable summer travel season!

Severe storms are not only common in Alaska but around the world.   You just need to watch the evening news to see examples where people have been caught ill prepared.  I’ll talk about using your iPhone and AppleWatch to help make your weather forecasting more accurate and your outdoor activities safer.
