Award-winning actor, producer, and activist Jamie Lee Curtis kicks off the fifth season of Time to Walk.A brand-new Meditation theme, Sleep, joins the Meditation library, and Fitness+ will also add a new program, Introduction to Meditations for Sleep, to help users get started.
